गंम्भीर रोगों के इलाज के लिए अब 20 लाख रूपए तक की सहायता: मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल : मुख्यमंत्री शामिल हुए हेल्थ कान्क्लेव में

रायपुर: मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा है कि देश में गंभीर रोगों के इलाज के लिए सबसे ज्यादा धनराशि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार दे रही है। राज्य के लोगों को विभिन्न अस्पतालों में इलाज सुविधा दिलाने के लिए डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना शुरू की गई है। छत्तीसगढ़ के स्वप्नदृष्टा डॉ. खूबचंद बघेल के नाम पर शुरू की गई इस योजना में 56 लाख परिवारों को 5 लाख रूपए की इलाज की सुविधा मिलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कल समाचार चैनल जी-छत्तीसगढ़-मध्यप्रदेश द्वारा आयोजित हेल्थ कानक्लेव में कहा कि आज-कल लीवर, किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट और कैंसर जैसी कई गम्भीर बिमारियों के इलाज के लिए ज्यादा धन राशि की जरूरत पड़ती है इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री विेशेष स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना शुरू की गई है। इस योजना में 5 लाख से अधिकतम 20 लाख रूपए तक के इलाज की सुविधा दी जाएगी। छत्तीसगढ़ देश का पहला राज्य है जहां 20 लाख रूपए तक के इलाज की सुविधा दी जा रही है। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने चिकित्सा जगत में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाले लोगों और चिकित्सकों को सम्मानित भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में परम्परागत चिकित्सा पद्धति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ट्रेडिशनल मेडिसिन बोर्ड का गठन करने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ जैव विविधता से भरा पड़ा है। यहां लोगों को परम्परागत चिकित्सा पद्धतियों पर विश्वास है लेकिन वैद्यों के पारंपरिक ज्ञान लुप्त होते जा रहे हैं। वैद्यों के पारंपरिक ज्ञान को संरक्षित करने और इसका लाभ लोगों तक पहंुचाने के लिए बोर्ड द्वारा लिपिबद्ध करने के साथ ही उन्हें किस रोग के इलाज में दक्ष है सूचीबद्ध भी किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में लोगों में जागरूकता लाने की जरूरत है। अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के लिए संतुलित आहार और साफ-सफाई पर ध्यान के साथ ही हमारी कोशिश है कि सबको स्वास्थ्य सुविधा मिले। राज्य के 37 प्रतिशत बच्चे कुपोषण और 41 प्रतिशत महिलाएं एनीमिया की शिकार हैं, इसलिए हमने कुपोषण दूर करने के लिए दंतेवाड़ा और बस्तर में सुपोषित अभियान चलाया इसकी सफलता के बाद इसे महात्मा गांधी की 150 वीं जयंती से पूरे राज्य में लागू किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वनांचलों में अस्पताल दूर होते हैं इस लिए कई बार लोग इलाज के लिए अस्पताल नहीं जा पाते। लेकिन लोगों के हाट-बाजार जाने की परम्परा है, इसे देखते हुए हमने हाट-बाजारों में इलाज की व्यवस्था के लिए मुख्यमंत्री हाट-बाजार क्लीनिक योजना शुरू की इसके बेहतर परिणाम मिले। अस्पतालों में बाह्य रोगियों की संख्या में दो से दस गुनी वृद्धि हुई। इस वर्ष बस्तर अंचल में दो गुना बारिश होने के बावजूद किसी भी गांव में उल्टी दस्त की समस्या नहीं आयी। आदिवासी अंचलों में लोगों के जीवन में परिवर्तन लाने के लिए जिला खनिज न्यास की राशि शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पोषण जैसे जरूरी कार्यों में खर्च करने के साथ ही अस्पतालों को भी सुदृृढ किया जा रहा है।
