रायपुर: ग्राम बेलौदी के लोगों के लिए यह क्षण अविस्मरणीय हो गया जब उनके अपने और प्रदेश के मुखिया मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल गोवर्धन पूजा के तथा गौठान दिवस के अवसर पर उनके ग्राम पहुंचे। चूंकि गोवर्धन पूजा गांव में सबसे ज्यादा खुशी का दिन होता है इसलिए इस दिन मुख्यमंत्री को अपने बीच पाकर ग्रामीणों की खुशियां कई गुना हो गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने पारंपरिक रूप से गाय की पूजा की और इन्हें दुलारा। उत्साहित ग्रामीणों ने राऊत नाचा में मुख्यमंत्री को शामिल होने का आग्रह किया और मुख्यमंत्री के हाथों में परंपरागत डंडा थमा दिया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल आज दुर्ग जिले के पाटन विकासखण्ड के ग्राम बेलौदी में गोर्वधन पूजा और गौठान दिवस के कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने ग्रामीणों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि गोवर्धन पूजा छत्तीसगढ़ का बड़ा पर्व है। इसका कारण यह भी है कि हमारी ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था गोधन पर टिकी है। यह पर्व हमें ध्यान दिलाता है कि जो हमारे पास उपलब्ध संसाधन हैं उन्हें यथोचित सहेजें। इसका जितनी कुशलता से उपयोग करेंगे, यह समृद्धि को इसी तरह से बढ़ाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम आज गौठान दिवस मना रहे हैं। गौठान हमारे जितने सक्रिय होंगे, वहां हम पशुधन को जिस तरह सहेज पाएंगे, उसी पर हमारी आर्थिक समृद्धि निर्भर करेगी। पूरे प्रदेश में पशुधन का उचित लाभ उठाने हम लोग नरवा, गरुवा, घुरूवा, बाड़ी अभियान चला रहे हैं। हम अपने पशुधन का संवर्धन कैसे कर सकेंगे जब हम उन्हें पौष्टिक चारा उपलब्ध करा सकें। नस्ल संवर्धन के कार्यक्रम हों। नरवा, गरवा, घुरूवा, बाड़ी अभियान इसी सोच पर आधारित है।
उन्होंने कहा-जैविक खाद के उपयोग से मिट्टी की उर्वरता शक्ति भी बढ़ेगी। किसान कम लागत में खेती कर सकेंगे। हम लोग नालों को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए भी कार्य कर रहे हैं। इसके लिए हमने वैज्ञानिक तरीका अपनाया है जिससे हम एक एक बूंद पानी सहेज पाएंगे और भूमिगत जल का रिचार्ज भी कर पाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कृषि और पशुधन पर जोर इन दो बातों को हम लेकर चल रहे हैं। खेती-किसानी पर जोर देकर, इनमें नवाचार अपनाकर हम समृद्धि की राह पकड़ सकते हैं। हमारा सौभाग्य है कि छत्तीसगढ़ की भूमि परंपरागत ज्ञान के मामले में काफी समृद्ध है। हमें अपनी इस अमूल्य धरोहर को सहेजकर रखना है। गोवर्धन पूजा के साथ ही गौठान दिवस के आयोजन का उद्देश्य भी यही है। इस मौके पर मुस्लिम समाज के पदाधिकारियों ने भी मुख्यमंत्री का सम्मान किया।  मुख्यमंत्री के बेलौदी पहुंचने पर गांव में उत्सव का माहौल अपने चरम पर पहुंच गया। गोवर्धन पूजा और इसके बाद राऊत नाचा ने उत्सव के रंग में चार चांद लगा दिए। अपने बीच मुख्यमंत्री को पाकर ग्रामीण काफी उत्साहित थे और देर शाम तक बेलौदी जश्न में डूबा रहा। उल्लेखनीय है कि आज जिले भर में विविध गौठानो में आज गौठान दिवस का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ ग्रामीणों ने उत्साह से हिस्सा लिया।
